Reminders before submitting your LMIA application

• • Ensure you meet all the stream’s program requirements and that you submit a complete application
• • Ensure you have advertised the position according to the stream requirements
• • Verify that your application is not subject to a refusal to process measure
• • Gather and sign any documents and forms you will need to provide with your LMIA application, which includes a business
  legitimacy assessment

If all requirements are not met, the LMIA application may be considered incomplete and will not be processed.
